Jakarta, Indonesia – July 31, 2025 – Polka Dot Blockchain Academy (PBA) announced its release today “The Governance for New Leadership program will bring senior policymakers, entrepreneurs and industry leaders to Bali this September. The one-week executive course (7-13 September 2025) is based on the success of the PBA’s pilot programme in Lucerne, Switzerland, and marks the success of the first expansion of the academy of Policy Education Initiatives to ASIA.
It will be held at Nusa Door in Bali and in collaboration with the Mandala Blockchain Academy (the education division of Mandala Chain), the program will be run simultaneously with the PBA’s flagship developer training campus. This unique setup allows government decision makers to work alongside blockchain engineers in real-world governance solutions during the program.

Based on Swiss success: Bali’s offering evolved directly from the PBA’s successful Lucerne pilots, and in April 2025 British lawmakers, Indonesian and European Union officials gathered for practical blockchain governance training. Dr. Lisa Cameron, a member of the British Parliament and founder of the UK.called the Swiss course “A valuable opportunity for MPS to gain direct insight into real-world applications of Web3.” Lessons from the pilot are incorporated to expand the curriculum and increase its practical impact. The expanded Bali format encourages participants to convert policy ideas into working prototypes with the support of a concurrent developer cohort.
