DeFi analysts at Crypto Analyst shared what altcoins and key macroeconomic trends to watch in the new week.
Top of the list is ONDO. The Ondo Summit event starts on February 3rd. It is believed that the announcements made during the summit regarding the project, which operates in the field of real world asset (RWA) tokenization, could have an impact on the price. On the same day, another important development occurs regarding LDOs. Lido V3 update will be released on February 3rd.
There are several important developments on February 2nd. The Flying Tulip (FT) project launches an ICO on CoinList, offering investors a full refund option. On the same day, ANON launches a new predictive market product “Pandora Parlays” for Polymarket. Additionally, ZAMA’s Token Generation Event (TGE) will be held on February 2nd.
On February 4th, Venus Flux, a new version of the Fluid money market, will be launched and we expect to see a lot of activity on the FLUID front. Chili’s (CHZ) will announce its “Vision 2030” plan on February 3rd.
On the Optimism (OP) side, there has been a new tokenomics effort since February. The project announced that 50% of Superchain’s proceeds will be used to buy back OP tokens. It is said that this move could have a long-term impact on circulating supply. Meanwhile, Story (IP) today announced the termination of its $82 million stock repurchase program.
On February 6th, 140,000 HYPE tokens will be distributed to the Hyperliquid team. On the same day, an important unlock will also take place on the BERA side. This frees up tokens equivalent to 41% of the circulating supply, worth approximately $31 million at current prices.
Jupiter (JUP) is preparing to make additional important announcements at the CatLumpurr event.
