Hashgraph Group, a Swiss Web3 and AI technology company, has introduced BrandBoost, a new platform designed to help businesses build more positive customer engagement through gamification and digital rewards.
BrandBoost operates as a SaaS platform, allowing brands to create real-time interactions with no-code tools, community challenges, digital collections, and personalized incentives. The system uses behavioral data and AI analytics to help businesses build stronger, more direct relationships with their users.
The platform is built on Hedera’s distributed ledger technology and also integrates several products from The Hashgraph Group. The company’s enterprise digital wallet solution, AssetGuard, enables self-custodial storage, and IDTrust, IDTrust, helps create secure consumer profiles. Businesses can also issue branded digital loyalty tokens that users can earn, spend, trade, and redeem.
The company also partnered with location and sensing technology provider Truesense to integrate ultra-wideband technology. This enables verification of proof of presence with high location accuracy during events and interactive campaigns. The companies recently tested the system in a pilot project with media and entertainment providers in Latin America, demonstrating potential use cases for audience engagement and content monetization.
BrandBoost targets industries such as sports, media, entertainment, and communications, where businesses are increasingly looking for new ways to improve customer retention and generate additional revenue streams.
