Alpha Compute Corp., which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker ALP, has signed an agreement to acquire a 60% controlling interest in GAMEE from Animoca Brands. The company is valued at $18 million, with consideration for up to $11 million depending on GAMEE’s performance over the next two years.
The partnership will also create a new AI gaming division within Alpha Compute, led by GAMEE founder Bozena Rezab.
What Alpha Compute is actually buying
GAMEE has 119 million registered users within the Telegram ecosystem, making it one of the top-ranked Telegram Mini Apps by user base.
GAMEE reported revenue of $926,000 in Q1 2026, reflecting 56% year-over-year growth. At an enterprise valuation of $18 million, GAMEE trades at approximately 4.9 times its first quarter annual revenue run rate.
Alpha Compute’s total payments are performance-based and capped at $11 million over two years.
AI game theory
The company, formerly known as AlphaTON Capital Corp., has rebranded to Alpha Compute. The addition of GAMEE provides a consumer offering within the Telegram Mini App ecosystem.
GAMEE founder Bozena Rezab will head Alpha Compute’s new AI gaming division. GAMEE’s day-to-day operations will continue under CEO Martin Zakovec and CTO Miroslav Chmelka.
