COZ earns 525 $NEO Three independent contributors of Proof of Working 2.6 will be recognized for their work on multi-chain AI agent tools, trustless token vesting infrastructure, and improving wallet interoperability in the Neo ecosystem.
The total number of copies distributed in the sixth round since the program restarted in January was 4,189. $NEO The program is designed to reward grassroots donations outside of traditional grant channels.
Neo AI Agent adds Neo X support
Developer thermx5 was recognized for extending the Neo AI Agent to fully support Neo X EVM. The CLI-first tool maps natural language requests to on-chain operations across both Neo N3 and Neo X, allowing users to check balances, inspect blocks, process ERC-20 and ERC-721 assets, and preview transactions from a single interface.
The Neo X integration merged on May 3rd uses the viem TypeScript library and introduces interactive chain selection during sessions, improved prompt routing between Neo N3 and Neo X, and enhanced CI coverage. Write operations in Neo X only prepare a transaction preview if the broadcast requires explicit user confirmation with a pending action flow.
This agent supports optional OpenAI or Gemini planners and built-in fallbacks for common prompts and accepts NeoNS names in place of raw Neo N3 addresses. thermx5 is a regular Proof of Working contributor and was previously recognized in rounds 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 of the Neo Analytics Dashboard.
NeoVest is recognized for on-chain vesting
Developer fireche was evaluated on NeoVest, a trustless token vesting platform for NEP-17 assets on Neo N3. The tool supports cliff, linear, and tiered entitlement models through immutable smart contracts. Once the token is deposited, the holder cannot withdraw early, change the unlock date, or redirect the beneficiary.
NNT previously covered NeoVest and fireche’s Gasetta development tracker in detail in separate articles. The platform remains in alpha and has not been externally audited. fireche was previously recognized in Proof of Working 2.1 of the Sign In With Neo Supabase Starter Kit.
FORGE expands wallet compatibility
AboimPinto was recognized for improvements to FORGE, a token launcher with bonding curve trading and built-in tax logic. This round of work focused on expanding wallet support and mobile compatibility, rather than core functionality.
Additions include WalletConnect and AppKit integration on top of existing NeoLine support, flow improvements for Neon Desktop and Neon Mobile wallets, and a proof of concept for Android WalletConnect for mobile-friendly access. AboimPinto also introduced a shared wallet harness for CI testing and automation of emulator coverage with GitHub Actions. The developer was previously recognized in rounds 2.3 and 2.4.
Looking to the future
The three contributions span different layers of the ecosystem, including developer tools, financial primitives, and application access. In its round summary, COZ pointed out that “ecosystem progress is made stronger by compounding across usage layers.”
Submissions of proof of operation will be accepted through the COZ Discord. Contributions must be open sourced under the Apache 2.x license and cannot be funded through existing grants or contracts.
