AIW3 and UXLINK announce a strategic partnership. AIW3 brings an Algorithm-as-a-Service trading infrastructure. UXLINK brings the social layer. Together, they are pursuing something that neither could build alone: on-chain finance that actually spreads through real social networks. UXLINK bills itself as the largest Web3 social platform and infrastructure, building what it calls a social growth layer that connects users and builders through a scalable social network.

AIW3 operates as the first Web3 AaaS platform, turning your trading strategy into a DEX liquidity engine with on-chain data and analytics. The collaboration targets three areas: socially-driven strategy delivery, on-chain trading integrated with social graph data, and scalable onboarding of users to AI-powered trading.
Features of each platform
AIW3 is an infrastructure for algorithmic trading at the DEX level. This is an AaaS model, allowing your trading strategy to act as an active liquidity engine rather than a position just sitting there.
The platform provides on-chain data, analytics, and market intelligence for DeFi and DEX activities, giving traders and protocols the data layer they need to execute advanced strategies without building infrastructure from scratch. The central idea is that the trading strategy itself becomes a form of productive infrastructure that can be deployed, rather than just an individual decision.
UXLINK is a social platform built for Web3 that operates at a scale that few purely crypto-native social applications have reached. UXLINK’s social growth layer connects users through a scalable social network and helps builders expand their ecosystem.
Three areas aimed at by the partnership
Three directions. First, social-driven strategy distribution: AIW3’s trading strategies are spread through UXLINK’s social graph, rather than waiting for users to discover them individually. Rather than traders discovering and deploying strategies individually, they can disseminate those strategies within UXLINK’s ecosystem through social connections, recommendations, and community actions.
On-chain transactions integrated with social graph data are the more technically interesting part. Social graphs contain information about relationships, trust, and behavioral patterns that are not captured by pure price and volume data. Integrating that social layer into trading infrastructure creates a new category of signals for AI-driven strategies.
Who is trading what, which communities are shifting to which positions, and how social activity correlates with on-chain movements. This is valuable data for algorithmic trading that neither company could generate alone.
Scalable user onboarding to AI-powered trading addresses the adoption issues that have made DeFi participation relatively niche. Most people who could benefit from algorithmic trading infrastructure either don’t know it exists or find the onboarding process too technical and difficult to navigate.
UXLINK’s social mechanics create a path for users to discover and enter AI trading through familiar social interactions, rather than technical documentation or cold wallet setups.
Why social graphs and trading infrastructure work together
The SocialFi category has existed for several years without creating an application that works at a meaningful scale for most users.
The problem in general is that social mechanisms and financial incentives do not naturally reinforce each other unless carefully designed. A purely speculation-driven social platform would see spikes in activity during bull markets and collapses otherwise. Financial applications that add social features rarely use those features in any meaningful way.
The partnership between AIW3 and UXLINK comes from a different angle. Rather than adding social functionality to a trading platform or adding trading to a social platform, we integrate the two at the infrastructure level. UXLINK’s social graph becomes the data and distribution layer of AIW3’s trading infrastructure.
AIW3’s trading functionality becomes the financial utility layer within UXLINK’s social ecosystem. Each enhances the value of the other without requiring either party to abandon functionality that has already been built.
The result, if it works as described, is a platform where social and trading activities continuously inform each other. Users onboard through social connections, discover strategies through the network, and generate social graph data that improves AI trading models. Neither company can create this feedback loop on its own.
what will happen next
Both companies use the phrase “socialized intelligent on-chain finance” to describe the direction of the partnership. This means socially accessible transaction infrastructure similar to consumer apps, powered by AI, improved by social data, and running on decentralized rails.
AIW3 and UXLINK combine two things that DeFi has needed but rarely seen together: a full-fledged trading infrastructure and a real social distribution layer. The partnership simultaneously targets user onboarding, strategy distribution, and social data-driven AI trading.
Whether the two companies can do it at the scale they’re aiming for will depend on execution, but the infrastructure mix is more coherent than most SocialFi efforts to date.
