Asia’s largest Bitcoin ETF investor, Avenir Group increased its holdings of BlackRock’s flagship Crypto Fund, Ishares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), in the first quarter of 2025. Disclosure.
The Hong Kong-based Institutional Affairs Bureau held approximately 14.7 million shares, $691 million as of March 31, up from 11.3 million shares at the end of last year.
The company also discloses ownership of more than 58,000 shares worth approximately $4 million in the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC).

Goldman Sachs maintains IBIT’s largest institutional position, and has added positions in Fidelity’s FBTC and BlackRock’s spot Ethereum ETF.
