Gala has announced that Galachain will become the first international blockchain to integrate with China’s trusted copyright chain (TCC). The partnership opens Chinese users (regulated paths estimated to be around 600 million gamers) to access NFT via Garachain. Development of cross-border blockchain bridges is expected to begin soon, with public release expected in the first quarter of 2026.
The project follows Chinese legal and regulatory standards, including the registration of NFTs within China. It aims to ensure that the digital assets of game shotguns can move safely between China and other markets. These transactions use the $gala token and the on-chain dashboard provides public data about usage.
As part of the arrangement, Shrup can use a portion of China’s revenue to buy back $SHRAP tokens in Gallachine, depending on the market and regulatory terms. All network fees are paid in $Gala, contributing to a wider range of galachi activities.
The system also includes features to support Chinese content creators, allowing you to track user actions and receive rewards. Each validated action consumes $gala and updates the blockchain public counter.
Shrapnel, the first person shooter of AAA, is shifting the in-game economy from Avalanche to Galachain. The new setup offers faster processing, reduced transaction costs, and automated compliance with China’s blockchain rules.
Free NFT badges will be distributed to all gala wallets and neon players to mark the launch. This badge provides early access to PlayTests and will be the first NFT on both Galachain and TCC.
