Major US exchange Gemini once again sparked excitement across the XRP community after posting a short and powerful message to X.
Specifically, tweet read: “Looks like next week will see actual XRP being coded.” For context, Gemini’s latest teaser fits into a familiar pattern.
In early August, the exchange posted a cryptic message hinting that something “big” was about to happen. The accumulation of these efforts led to the final result on August 25th. Gemini XRP Credit Card, Built in partnership with Mastercard, Ripple, and WebBank.
Meanwhile, the statement comes in the wake of a series of events centered around XRP that unfolded this week.
Ripple’s main developments this week
As an example, Ripple will host the 2025 edition of its annual Swell conference from November 4th to 5th. The agenda includes sessions on cryptocurrency payments, stablecoins, regulation, and real-world adoption.
One of the big highlights of the event is the lineup of speakers prepared by Ripple. ripple Confirmed Maxwell Stein, director of digital assets at BlackRock, will speak at Swell 2025.

Besides Ripple’s specific events, the XRP community is also keeping an eye on ETF news this month. As October passed without the launch of the XRP ETF that many had expected, attention now turns to November.
According to Nate Geraci, ETF expert and president of ETF Store, the pending Spot XRP ETF is Possibly released within the next two weeks.
His prediction is in line with Canary Capital’s proposed XRP ETF, which is expected to debut around Nov. 13 after the company amends its S-1 filing to remove the delay clause. Canary used a similar strategy for the recent Litecoin and Hedera ETFs.
