The Decentralized Indexing Protocol Graph is an effort to integrate ChainLink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to bridge GRT tokens across three major chains, increasing accessibility and expanding its presence across multiple chains. According to the official announcement, Graph plans to allow native GRT token transfers across blockchains such as Solana, Arbitrum and Base, and to use ChainLink’s CCIP to streamline movement between networks.
The move aims to make blockchains easier to collaborate and provide more options for developers to build applications on different networks. ChainLink’s cross-chain interoperability protocol allows various blockchains to safely interact and transfer tokens without relying on centralized bridges or creating custom code for each connection.
Including Solana in the initiative shows a wider movement through graphs to support a diverse blockchain landscape. By extending GRT availability to Solana, the protocol aims to deepen engagement with developers and the network’s user base, reflecting the growing interest in cross-ecosystem collaboration.
