Cryptocurrency Exchange Bybit has announced the completion of its pump token sales. Due to unexpected API delays, sales did not proceed as planned, resulting in oversubscription.
This allowed some users to receive the token assignment, while others did not.
Bybit’s official statement states that users who do not receive the allocation will receive a full refund of their deposit funds. We also noted that the final allocation results for users who have subscribed but still have their funds frozen have been reviewed.
Bybit issued the following statement in that statement:
Pump token sales have ended. Unexpected API delays caused sales to be oversubscribed. As a result, some users were assigned successfully, while others were not. We are looking at the allocation results for users whose funds are still frozen. Users who fail to purchase the token will receive a full refund of all funds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for the community for their patience and support.
It has been reported that 15% of the total token supply is distributed to users during pump token launch events, but only 12.5% actually distribute. The Altcoin developer has not commented on the issue yet.
