Real estate meets regulations
With a robust investor base in the background, Narrate’s pipeline from its to tote-stricken asset recovery REITs to site development projects, Propchain launches the entire platform on the Nexera chain, including the high-yield Propyield platform. So far, through a portfolio managed by SPV, Propyield can provide 10-14% net annual revenue.
This integration takes place in the Nexera chain, a layer 1 blockchain that focuses on compliance and enables facility-grade capital markets. Nexera’s native infrastructure (assets) include KYC, KYB, AML, wallet screening, and travel rules compliance.
