- PSG has launched an ultra-exclusive silver card offering rare experiences, products and tradeable NFTS powered by Matchain’s blockchain network.
- This card offers unique access to fans, including pitchside viewing, private dinners and entry to the global PSG community.
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) brought another surprise, but this time it wasn’t the result of player transfers or matches. The French Giants Club has launched Silver Card, an ultra-exclusive digital membership that is only available in 70 units worldwide.
The collaboration was carried out on Matchain, a blockchain-based platform that also carries NFT systems. Imagine if you were one of the 70 people on Earth who have direct access to the most private experiences on PSG. It feels like I’ve got a Willie Wonka style golden ticket, but for the world of football.

PSG offers premium access through Silver Card perks
Silver cards are not just regular digital items. Each card costs $10,000 and is packaged in a mystery box. internal? There will be around $6,000 worth of PSG X Jordan Wings merchandise, access to surveillance from bystanders, dinner with club legends, personal videos from key players, and opportunities for kids to become mascots.
Additionally, all cardholders will receive transferable NFTs authenticated by the match chain blockchain and access to the unique network of PSG Worldwide Supporters.
In terms of design, the product is very luxurious. There is an Italian lambskin wallet, a 3D embroidered national anthem jacket, a limited edition silk scarf, and even a “MJ” t-shirt commemorating Michael Jordan’s trip to Paris. The exclusive impression is even more pronounced as it can only be obtained with this mystery box silver card.
However, while this project looks impressive, there is an interesting irony. The PSG fan tokens on the market are actually heading downwards. Prices existed when this article was written $1.94-under 6.95% In the last 7 days 11.89% The past 30 days.
Therefore, PSG is actively bringing new technology to fan interactions, but the fan token itself doesn’t seem to enjoy the same momentum.
Football clubs are diving deep into Web3
PSG, on the other hand, is not the only club to explore the digital world with a unique approach. CNF previously reported that Tether had acquired a minority stake in Juventus, indicating that the relationship between the crypto world and mainstream football is approaching.
Juventus also launched a unique NFT collection in May 2024, in collaboration with Adidas and Invitwions. The collection includes 1,897 NFTs to commemorate the club’s founding year, with Grant Owner access to Adidas 23/24 Season Shirts and several special team experiences.
Still in the field of soccer. I don’t want to be left behind either Bitget. They collaborated with FC Barcelona’s Winger Rafina in April 2025 to launch a new digital campaign. Highlighting the similarities between field tactics and crypto trading strategies, the campaign presented copy trading, lunch pool and pre-market, among other features.
Manchester United, who is moving to England, created a breakthrough in August 2024 by launching a web3-based fantasy game called “Fantasy United.” The game leverages the Tezos blockchain to allow players to collect and exchange player NFT cards based on their actual performance. At the time, a pack of seven cards was on sale for £3.
