Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse opened about the strength of the XRP community after the first-ever XRP Seoul Conference attracted over 3,000 participants from over 40 countries.
The event, held in Seoul, South Korea, was a huge success with many developers, investors and long-term XRP holders attended. Photos from the meeting show packed lines of participants, many of whom were traveling from abroad to participate in discussions about the XRPL ecosystem.

Garlinghouse used voter turnout to point out what he considers as a critical trait of the XRP community. They always appear in big numbers no matter where they are in the world.
The Seoul Conference shows that major XRP supporters are still active across Asia, Europe and North America.
XRP success in Seoul
Seoul Get-Together is the latest in a series of international XRP meetups over the years, but on this occasion it’s a completely different ball game. The organizers have confirmed over 3,000 registrations, making it one of the biggest encounters for XRP supporters so far.
Ripple executives say it’s really important to get grassroots support if you want to see tokens being adopted. With XRP Seoul closing, people are wondering where the next big community event is.
For XRP holders, Garlinghouse’s comments have been a big thumbs ups and downs of the community after years of legal disputes, market ups and downs, and doubt.
