A recent tweet published by the Shibarium Updates account has spread the word about the shibarium in Layer-2 solutions, approaching two important milestones regarding the total number of transactions on the network and the total amount of wallets associated with shibariums.
The same sources from the SHIB team also share details about the Layer-3 solution currently under development.

According to the tweet, there has been an increase in wave activity recently. The Layer-2 solution already generates 10,062,603 new milestones, recording the average time to form each in 5 seconds.

Currently, Sibarium is on track to reach other important all-time highs in total transaction counts and wallet addresses. The former now reaches 970,343,924, while the latter shows 183,161,552. So there are 1 billion transactions and 200,000,000 wallets connected to shivaliums on the horizon.
However, according to Shibaruimscan, daily trade numbers at Shibarium have adopted a spectacular plunge this week, as they fell from 2.38 million on March 19 to just 326,530 on March 21.
Details of Shibarium L3 have been announced
The same Shibarium Updates account has provided Sneak Peak for Layer 3 solutions launched on top of Shibarium currently under development.
The SHIB team is working with one of its partners, Zama, to build a new network. It offers fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) to protect user data, and promises full privacy to users thanks to fast and private rollups.

Thanks to this, the tweet states, “Web3 will ultimately feel like a real financial freedom.” The SHIB team will use tokens and treats on the Layer 3 blockchain. In early 2024, the mysterious Shiv’s lead kusama appeared on X after a pause.
