According to data from CoinGlass, XRP rose 2,668.58% to $105.7 million in 24 hours on increased futures trading on the Bitmex cryptocurrency exchange.
The increase in volume has coincided with a slight increase in XRP open interest, suggesting that traders are actively betting ahead of potential developments in the market.
The XRP Spot ETF is expected to launch in the US within the next few days. Next week will be an eventful one, with the Grayscale and Franklin Templeton US XRP ETFs set to launch on November 24, according to Bloomberg Intelligence analyst James Seifert. The 21Shares XRP ETF is also expected to be launched soon.
Bitwise XRP ETF sets historic volume milestone in US
This week, XRP acquired another Pure Play 33 Act ETF in the US. The Bitwise XRP ETF, under the ticker $XRP, began trading on the NYSE on Thursday with an impressive debut. Bitwise XRP ETF $XRP reported trading volume of $25.7 million and inflows of $107.6 million.

Bitwise XRP ETF ended the week with a volume of 1,000,324. According to Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley, this establishes it as the currently largest traded XRP ETF in the US.
“The Bitwise XRP ETF ($XRP) is currently the most heavily traded XRP ETF in the U.S., and we thank our investors for entrusting their exposure to this space to Bitwise,” Horsley wrote.
Bottom of XRP price?
XRP fell below $2 for the first time since the flash crash on October 10, dropping to a low of $1.81 on Friday.
According to Glassnode, the nearly $2 drop in XRP price increased the 30D-EMA of daily realized losses to $75 million, the highest level since April 2025.
As the market waits to see what happens next, the current setup suggests a capitulation and indicates a price bottom will form soon.
At the time of writing, XRP was up 2.51% in the past 24 hours to $1.90, and down 16% for the week.
