Continental offers issuers access to blockchain-based securities through securitization
According to officials press releasethis partnership will provide access to tokenization infrastructure for Continental’s issuer clients, including SPACs, IPOs, and public companies. This will enable clients to consider blockchain-based securities ownership, distribution, and capital markets solutions while maintaining traditional public market standards.

The Securitize integration will allow Continental to offer issuers an alternative option for regulated digital securities in tokenized form through Securitize. This integration allows Securitize’s clients to increase operational efficiency while increasing transaction speed. It will also help Continental create new investor engagement models while continuing its existing high-touch services.
“Continental is currently acting as transfer agent for Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc., supporting the CEPT shareholder meeting, the exit SPAC process, and other related services related to the proposed business combination. Upon closing, Continental intends to serve as the exchange agent for the business combination and the transfer agent for the combined public company, which will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SECZ,” the press release states.
