The landmark celebration celebrating Ethereum’s 10th anniversary will launch the Community-Driven Ethereum Time Capsule Initiative during the ETHCC event held in Cannes on June 30, 2025.

A tribute to Ethereum for 10 years
Backed by Ethcc and Shutter Network, Time Capsule aims to attract contributions from builders, artists and users who encapsulate Ethereum culture and evolution over the past decade. Submissions include messages, memes and on-chain artifacts, all aimed at reflecting the vibrant community that defined Ethereum’s journey.

Each contribution costs around USD 2.50 (0.001 ETH) and 100% of the revenue supports the Protocol Guild, ensuring the long-term sustainability of Ethereum Core development. Donations will be encrypted using Shutter Network’s Advanced Threshold Encryption and will remain private and tamper-proof until it appears on Ethereum’s 11th anniversary.
