NeoIgnite currently operates as a Labs studio on Neo N3, building and launching standalone consumer products for the ecosystem. The project team, which now calls itself the “overarching Labs identity” behind the release, shipped two TestNet applications in nine days. One, NeoMeme, a meme token launchpad, shipped on May 3rd, and the other, AgentPay N3, a payment system for autonomous AI agents, shipped on May 11th.
The Labs model follows a shift from NeoIgnite’s earlier direction. The project first appeared in 2025 with plans for a Treasury-backed token built around bNEO. That concept became unviable after NeoBurger announced plans to close in February 2026. This is due to Neo’s governance changes. $GAS Compensation dependent on NeoBurger’s revenue model. NeoIgnite has moved to building standalone products instead.
neo meme
NeoMeme is a meme token launch pad for the Neo N3 modeled after Solana’s Pump.Fun. Users can create and launch meme tokens that begin trading based on an automatic bonding curve that adjusts the price based on supply and demand. For tokens $GAS When the reserve reaches a set threshold, the liquidity of the AMM will automatically change incrementally.
This system uses two core contracts. One is PlatformContract, which manages the binding curve mechanics, and the other is AMMPool, which handles post-graduation liquidity. This model mirrors the approach Pump.Fun popularized with Solana, where low-friction token creation and automated market mechanisms drove significant meme coin activity into 2024-2025.
NeoIgnite says NeoMeme brings “launch mechanics, culture, market energy, and token discovery” to Neo, an area where Neo N3 had limited activity. The TestNet application is publicly available, and NeoIgnite put out a call for community stress testing shortly after release.
Agent Pay N3
AgentPay N3 is $GAS– Native payment rail designed for AI agent commerce on Neo N3. The system allows agents to register public commercial IDs and payment addresses and receive payments. $GAS Work completed – a prompt, task, API call, or transaction between agents. TestNet applications are live and available for testing.
The protocol uses a set of smart contracts that cover agent registration, payment routing, usage calculations, cashback distribution, and protocol configuration. The AgentRegistry contract allows agents to publish payment addresses on-chain for processing by PaymentRouter. $GAS– Currency payments and fee splitting. Registration is available either via a browser wallet flow using NeoLine or an autonomous local signer for headless operations.
The revenue simulator on the project site shows a default fee split of 50. $GAS Payments from customers, 1 with 2% platform fee $GASthe agent receives 49 $GAS,0.50 $GAS It flows into a reward pool designed to create a cashback loop for repeat customers. These diagrams are shown as exemplary defaults rather than fixed protocol parameters.
Agent directory and local signers
The live agent directory hosted on the project site retrieves active agent IDs directly from the TestNet registry, allowing developers to inspect agent metadata and verify payment hashes without connecting to a wallet. The directory will serve as the foundation for any future agent marketplace or reputation layer built on top of rails.
The platform also bundles a downloadable local signer that holds the wallet’s key material outside of the agent process and authorizes payments against user-set maximums. $GAS Per-transaction limits. Signers are intended to run only on localhost, addressing the wallet isolation issue that has limited previous attempts at autonomous agent-to-agent payments.
road map
The project site describes a four-stage rollout. Phase 1, currently underway, covers agent enrollment and payments. Phase 2 introduces automatic usage accounting through the UsageLedger contract. Phase 3 adds a funded cashback loop. Phase 4 covers NEO-native economics, including deposit and voting mechanisms, but this stage is still a long way off.
AgentPay N3 enters the growing category of blockchain-based agent payment infrastructure. In 2026, multiple projects launched similar solutions on other chains. This includes Alchemy’s AgentPay on multiple EVM networks and other implementations on Base. The NeoIgnite version is positioned as a native implementation of Neo. $GAS It is for settlement, not a bridged or wrapped asset.

MainNet timelines are not yet available for either product.
